Packaging:
At Navkar Metal Syndicate, we understand that proper packaging is crucial to maintain the surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and corrosion resistance of copper profiles and sections during handling, storage, and transportation. We ensure each consignment is safely packed and export-ready to reach our customers in perfect condition.
Standard Packing Details
- Protective Wrapping: Each copper profile and section is individually wrapped in LDPE or HDPE sheets, with additional PVC film or VCI paper for moisture protection.
- Bundling: Products are bundled using non-metallic straps to avoid scratches and edge dents. Each bundle carries clear identification tags indicating grade, size, lot number, and heat number.
- End Protection: Ends are capped or taped to prevent oxidation and mechanical damage.
- Seaworthy Wooden Crates: Bundles are securely packed in fumigated wooden boxes, pallets, or crates lined with plastic sheets to ensure complete weatherproof protection — suitable for containerized or break-bulk export shipment.
- Marking: Each package is clearly marked with:
- Product description
- Alloy/Grade (e.g., C11000, C12200, C63000, etc.)
- Dimensions and quantity
- Heat number and batch details
- Country of origin: Made in India
- Optional Packaging:
- Shrink-wrapped coils or sections for domestic delivery
- Custom barcoding or laser marking available on request
- Palletized packing for easy forklift handling
Export-Grade Assurance
All copper profiles and sections are packed to meet ASTM, EN, or IS standard export requirements and are handled under trained supervision to prevent contamination or mechanical deformation during transit.
